Rosie, a gym owner, while doing her daily jogging, butt against a jogger coming from the opposite side. The impact between the two is really violent and Rosie gets the worst of it, as she falls heavily on the floor injuring her knee. The man gives a quick look to her and, without any scruple, he calls her every name under the sun and he runs away. This unfortunate accident forced Rosie to be off work sick for months.

But sometime, fate does strange things. When after a long period of rehabilitation, she finally comes back working in her gym, she found herself face to face with the jogger that caused her injury. Her desire of revenge will be implacable........

She changes her sweaty clothes and foot wears and she goes on and on with the beating up of the jogger until when she thinks he has got what he deserves and she kicks him out of her gym.

But some months later and still some problem to her knee, her thirst of vengeance is not quenched yet as she found out where he lives, she knocks at his door and after a last furious beating up she kills him......
