Today, Sandrine, the captain of a cheerleaders squad, has a meeting with the owner of a dancing hall. She needs to rent his location, for the general rehearsal of her team, before the big match of Sunday. Sandrine explains him that the cheerleaders shall not be disturbed during their last training and the owner, very professional, promises her peace and quiet for her girls. They find quickly an agreement on the contractual terms of the rent and they fix the date for the rehearsal.

The day after, the 6 gorgeous girls of the cheerleading team arrive at the dancing hall for their rehearsal and they start their amazing stunts, to the rhythm of the music.
Sandrine explains them what to do and seeing that everything is in place, she leaves the hall as she has another group of cheerleaders to train not far from there but she will be back in a few hours to test their stunts.

But, as soon as Sandrine leaves the dancing hall, the owner, intrigued and excited by all those beautiful girls dancing wildly, puts a chair in front of them and he starts to look at them perversely and voyeuristically. The girls, embarrassed by his presence, ask him kindly not to stay there, if it's possible and even if he moans he moves away. But, from now on, being frustrated that he can't watch the girls as close as before, he starts to annoy and to trouble them in any possible way. He yells at them, claiming they are leaving bad marks with their sneakers on his parquet floor, he reproaches them to shout too loud, that their music is way too loud and he complains on everything they do. For the girls, it's impossible to go on with their training under these conditions, so despite themselves, they are forced to stop their rehearsal and to sit down in the corner of the hall.

When Sandrine comes back, she is surprised to see her girls sat on the floor and she asks them why they are not doing their stunts. The girls explain her the situation and Sandrine goes to see the owner of the hall to protest and to ask him why he harassed her girls during their training. But with her big surprise, she is heavily insulted and jostled by the man that tells her and her group of bitches to leave the hall. Sandrine, like a true captain and not as calm as the girls of her squad, reacts immediately to his aggression and she starts to beat the shit out of the pervert, with terrific kicks on his ribs and balls and violent slaps on his face. Sandrine is quickly joined by the group of girls and they start to beat him at the same time. From now on, they are going to do their stunts but directly on him !
The man is hurled on the floor and all in a circle, they start running and jumping on his hands and head, then, in single file, one by one, they march harshly on his stomach as they stomp their feet really hard on his belly. Next, they force him to lick their sneakers clean with his tongue, one by one and all at the same time, they jump really high on his chest, they trample him all together often holding each other on their shoulders and crushing him under their huge combined bodyweight. And more, they perform some acrobatic pyramid on top of his body, they take off their shoes and they order him to smell the inside of their sneakers and now, before leaving again, the charismatic captain Sandrine tells them to keep doing their stunts on top of him and to keep training with and on him.

The squad carries out to the letter the orders of their captain and they keep torturing and humiliating the man, as they force him to lick, to suck and to smell their sweaty socks. And more, they make acrobatic acts on top of his back, they trample him all together under their socks, flattening his body under their bodyweight, they deliver outrageous kicks on his ball, they force him again to worship their socks one by one and once he has finished his dirty job, they order him to remove their socks with his teeth.

Now that they are all barefoot, they push all together their feet inside his mouth, as deeply as they can, they climb one by one on Debionne's back, to jump heavily from a huge height right on his chest and they trample him all at the same time. When Sandrine is finally back for the end of their training, she is really happy to realise how hard her squad is working. When the man, dead beat by the never ending torture, notices the captain of the team, he yells against her, but she quickly shuts up his mouth, by kicking and stomping his face ferociously. With the leader at the head of the squad, the group of cheerleaders is now as strong and brutal as ever and the massacre goes on as they make many other incredible stunts on top of him. Until when, they all run and jump on him at the same time and they pile up all together on top of his body. Crushed under all that weight, and by lack of oxygen, he falls unconscious !
They cover him with their pom pom and they leave the hall in a single file, singing and dancing all together..........
