Cucciolo is convened by the occupational health for a medical check-up. He goes to the proper address, he knocks on the door and the female doctor lets him in. She demands him to fill the formalities required, then she asks him to take off his shirt and to lay down on the medical couch to begin an unusual check-up. Doctor Rosie is somebody out of the ordinary, because she gets used to examine her patients, not with her hands, but with her feet. She climbs on him with her high heel shoes and to test the resistance of his ribcage, she starts to trample and to jump on him cheerfully and she sinks deeply her metal stilettos into his belly to look into the muscles of his stomach. Then, it's time for her to test his finger joints, as she steps full weight on them, she verify the muscular tonicity of his arms as she forces him to make push ups with her sitting on his back and she analyzes also his respiratory system, by sitting full weight on his face taking his breath away for several seconds. Next, to check if his digestive system works well, she punches his stomach very hard, she tests the solidity of his ribs and bones kicking them very hard with her shoes, she examines his tongue rubbing harshly her soles and heels against it to see if it changes colour and she even crushes his tongue under her shoes to test its flexibility. More, she controls the strength and solidity of his cranium as she steps full weight on it with and without her shoes, she checks his flow of blood by standing full weight on his throat, with his face turning purple. And again, she tries to straighten his vertebral column by walking on it and puncturing his vertebrae with her metal stilettos, she examines his procreation system by kicking his family jewels really hard, and since he yells quite loudly she has got the proof that everything works fine down there........

Cucciolo is half dead and the doctor is not completely satisfied of his physical conditions after her tests. So, to complete his clinical picture, she needs to push her medical check-up even further. She wears her long coat and she leads him outside. It's winter, it's freezing cold and it is snowing, so this is the perfect situation for her, to verify how his body reacts to her tests under these extreme conditions. Among her various and inhuman tests, it is worth pointing out among them, the check-up of his immune defence system, as she walks in the mud and she forces him to lick and to eat it from her soles, the check-up of his reflexes, as she whips him hard with his leather belt, the saliva check-up, in which she spits on his face several times, but in this case, we ignore the medical value of her test. And again, she examines the flow of blood of his upper limbs, as she orders him to lay on all fours and she rides him while he moves hardly with his frozen and paralysed hands at the contact with the floor covered by snow. The final check-up is fatal to him ! While she is sitting on his face testing once again his respiratory system? he fallS unconscious. Her medical response is now definitive : Cucciolo wasn't really in a good health. She covers the inanimate body stretched on the snow and she leaves............

After all the beating up that Cucciolo has endured in all these years, he really needed a deep medical check-up. Rosie, with her cold-shoulders and her unmatched "quiet force", was the perfect woman to accomplish this task.
