Kate and Cucciolo are having a hard time living together. They quarrel with each other every moment and their relationship is in tatters. To try and save it they decide to contact the famous TV show "Confessions Intimes" (Intimate Confessions). The concept of this TV show is simple: they'll be filmed 24 hours a day for a full week whilst they talk about their problems and confess to the camera their most intimate feelings about their relationship. At the end of the week they'll be invited to view the footage together and with the support of the show's psychologist will use it to help them sort out their problems. During the whole week they had been filmed their disputes are more and more frequent with Cucciolo treating her really badly and Kate beating the shit out of him by trampling him under her deadly heels. It eventually reaches a really high level of violence never seen before in the show.

Finally the week ends and the psychologist visits their home to help them analyze the situation. But surprisingly after watching the tape the psychologist sides with Kate considering Cucciolo nothing more than an arrogant asshole and justifying Kate's violent actions toward him. Cucciolo doesn't appreciate this so the three start to fight, first verbally and then physically. The girls force him to lay down and start to trample him brutally under their very sharp heels and then in barefeet.
